A step-by-step guide for owners: registering, submitting a listing, getting reviewed, and being contacted directly by guests with zero commission.

Create an owner account with your basic details. This is the account you'll use to submit and manage all your listings going forward.
Fill in your listing with clear photos, an accurate description, and the details guests actually look for (location, amenities, pricing). Choose whether it's a rental (Stay/Vehicle) or a for sale property โ the same listing flow supports both.
Every new listing is reviewed by the DREDOTT team before it goes live. This is a quality step applied to every owner equally, and it's what keeps guest trust in the platform high.
Instead of a per-booking commission, owners pay a subscription โ monthly or annual โ to keep listings live. See current plans on the Pricing page. There is no percentage taken from any booking or sale, ever.
Once live, guests reach you through the "Message on WhatsApp" button on your listing โ you handle the conversation and the payment yourself, the way you normally do business. DREDOTT never touches guest payments for stays or vehicle rentals.
If you manage several units or need help running your listings day to day, two tools can help:
A DREDOTT Verified badge (after a physical inspection by the team) signals extra trust to guests. Complete listings with real photos and full details also tend to get contacted more โ an incomplete listing looks less trustworthy next to a fully filled-out one, whether or not it carries the badge.
