What DREDOTT is

DREDOTT is a curated marketplace for Sharm El-Sheikh covering three areas in one place:

• Stays — short and long-term rental properties (apartments, villas, studios, chalets).
• Vehicles — car, scooter, motorcycle, golf cart, and bicycle rentals.
• Real Estate — properties listed for sale, not just rent.

Alongside these, DREDOTT also runs a directory of local service providers (restaurants, pharmacies, gyms, and more) and a local job board.

The zero-commission model

DREDOTT does not take a cut of any booking, rental, or sale. Instead, owners and businesses pay a subscription to list on the platform — monthly or annual, see the current plans on the Pricing page. Because DREDOTT never sits in the middle of the money, guests never pay DREDOTT anything on top of what the owner charges.

How contact works

Every listing has a "Message on WhatsApp" button. Tapping it opens a direct WhatsApp conversation with the real owner (or a team member they've authorized to manage that listing) — never a call center or a booking form that holds your details. This one-path-in design is deliberate: it keeps communication simple and puts you in touch with the actual person responsible for the property, car, or business.

Quality and trust

Not every listing looks the same at a glance. A few things to know:

• New listings are reviewed by the DREDOTT team before they go live, to keep quality consistent.
• A listing with the DREDOTT Verified badge has been physically inspected by the team to confirm it matches its photos and description. Unverified listings still exist and are common — treat them with the same care you would anywhere online, and always confirm details directly with the owner.

Language and accessibility

DREDOTT is available in 8 languages — Arabic, English, Italian, Russian, German, Ukrainian, Spanish, and Turkish — switchable anytime from the header. You can also compare a few listings side by side using the compare icon on any listing card.
